Situated on a rising hillside to the west of and overlooking Oquirrh Lake sits Daybreak’s Heights Park Village. While construction of homes continues in the village, and it continues to fill up nicely there is still room for one last Daybreak park to be built.
We all know that Daybreak likes to do things differently and this park is no exception. The idea behind Firefly Park is to produce a space where neighbors can meet/hang out together, both in the day and in the evening. This is accomplished by providing outdoor seating and gathering spaces lit by a network of string lights. This provides an ideal place to socialize with family, friends, and neighbors during the warm summer months.
To keep the kids entertained either side of these gathering places there will be places for the kids to play with their friends. This will include a play structure, swings, and play fields.
Construction of the park is set to start soon. The park will be located along Porcini Way between Split Rock Dr. and Rain Lilly Dr.
