Over the last couple of years, Daybreak residents who use the swimming pool located in Eastlake Village may well have experienced overcrowding, especially on very warm days and days when schools are out.
Well, there is some good news. Looking at the latest set of notes from the annual HOA meeting there is provision to build a new swimming pool in Brookside Village, due to completed late in the summer of 2014.
In addition to the pool, there are also plans to build 19 new common areas. These include 9 paseos/green courts, 7 open space parks, 102nd median, and Bowstring Park.
All this does come at a cost, the base HOA fee is going up $4 a month.
