Founders Park Village

The first phase of the Daybreak development is called Founders Park Village. It is located to the south end of the development, just south of the lake. Founders Park is now sold out, but resale homes are available.

Founders Park Amenities

Being the first Daybreak Village, Founders Park is home is many amenities, including the community center, swimming pool, glass house, Daybreak Elementary School and several parks.

Here you will find an indoor gym, workout room with indoor running track, meeting rooms and group fitness room.
Glass House Daybreak

The Glass House was originally the visitor information building for the Daybreak, but it is now home to the Daybreak HOA (Home Owner Association).

The Daybreak community pool was opened in August 2018. It is Daybreak's only true lap pool and because of this there is also an adjoining kids pool.

Daybreak Elementary was the first school to be built in Daybreak, but is now one of 3 public elementary schools and 2 private/charter schools.

Parks

Founders Park

This is the largest park in Daybreak. It is a T shaped, and runs through the center of Founders Village from east to west. Here you can find plenty of open space, a kid’s paddling pool, barbecue pits, garden plots, basketball courts, volleyball courts and soccer fields. The west end of the park runs into Sunflower Park.

Peek-A-Boo Park, Firmont Park, and Silent Rain Park.
