Garden Park Village

Garden Park is an Active Adult Community which when complete will feature over 500 homes and will be the largest community of its type in Utah. Garden Park is Daybreak's first 55+ active adult community and has been designed to provide you with single level living, less yard work and more access to activities such as swimming, fitness, tennis, gardening, or a walk on the lakeside beach. The homes within the community are built by Ivory Homes and provide many different options from condos to estate homes.

Amenities

Garden Park is located on the southwest shore of Oquirrh Lake, within walking distance of the SaDa Row village center and close to TRAX line rail and the University of Utah Medical Center. In addition to the many amenities already provided in the Daybreak community, the 10,000+ square foot private Garden Park Club House which includes a lap pool, fitness facilities, pool table, demonstration kitchen and more. Garden Park also includes parks, walking trails, and its own community garden.
