Rainey builds two types of home on The Island, the larger Island Estates and the mid-sized Island Cottages. The Island Cottages are designed around a beach cottage theme, while offering contemporary and spacious interiors. While these homes are smaller than those offered by Island Estates, they still offer lots of space, ranging in size from 3,171 to 3,778 Sq. Ft., with each model having 5 bedrooms. There are 4 models to choose from, The Monterey, The Harbor, The Entertainer, and the Cambria. Prices for these homes start in the $500's
